Utavi enables efficient marketplaces and investor networks to transact private tokens. Private tokens can be assigned various types of value, such as human capital (time or skills), produced value in the form of products and services, or fractions of private assets. Users can create an Issuer account, to generate and issue tokens, or an Investor account, to purchase or invest in these tokens. Networks on the platform are formed around specific affinities, such as clubs, organizations or communities. Users can join existing networks, or petition to create one of their own. All transactions on the platform are strictly compliant with financial regulations.
